Update to Our Bi-Weekly Cleaning Service Policy

Thank you for being a valued bi-weekly cleaning customer. To continue providing consistent and reliable service, we are updating our scheduling and payment process.

Effective 09/20/2025:

  • A minimum of 4 scheduled cleanings will be required for each customer. This ensures consistency and allows us to plan efficiently.( not upfront for all four cleanings will be required)

  • Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice from the cleaning day will be charged 50%, if we already start the travel to your house/office and you decide to cancel you will be charged 50% of original price + $0,50 per mile traveled from our office to your location.

  • In the event of our team arrives at your home/office and is unable to gain access or is turned away, this will also be considered a late cancellation and you will be charge 50% of original price + $0,50 per mile traveled from our office to your location.

  • To keep our schedule on time for all customers, please ensure we have access to your home at the scheduled appointment time. If no one is available to provide access, we can wait up to 15 minutes. After this time, the appointment will be considered late cancellation and you will be charge 50% of original price + $0,50 per mile traveled from our office to your location.

  • We have a wait list for cleaning services and we need to accommodate new customer who desire to be scheduled, so for actual customers who cancel two consecutive cleanings will be removed from the schedule, so if you need to take a break for any personal reason but want to keep your spot on the schedule, we will offer you a 50% charge of your original price for a maximum of 2 consecutive cleanings.

  • Payments can be made by check, cash, or directly through the app, and you will only be charged on the day of service (not upfront for all four cleanings).

These changes allow us to maintain quality service, open opportunities for new customers, and keep scheduling fair for everyone.
